Description

First time trying an entire ink drawing!! :iconbigheartplz:
Tools: traditional nib and India ink, Chinese calligraphy brush, 2H pencil
Time: about 3-4 hours, over the course of a couple of days, cuz i'm lazy like that xD
This is about the size of my entire hand, so it's pretty small, i should have done it bigger, and not in my sketchbook with crappy quality paper xDD

I would of never thought this was your fist time. The use of the soft brushstrokes and harsh crosshatching is stunning. You did an absolutely great job.

I know the pain of using low quality paper is just.... makes it so difficult. I used to use it a lot for my drawings back in my high school years, and they would often en up tearing and severely curling paper. It was awful. If you ever want to do more of these works, which would be really awesome, watercolor paper or any sort of bristol paper is a very good investment to get because it holds in the inks so much better. :D
(even if I have to buy some and send it over to you! D:< )
